This is what happened to me. Reality about Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belgaum, Karnataka, This is one of the most reputed universities in India and my personal experience with this is HORRIBLE. This university fondly called VTU has a reputation of unpredictable results and tough papers both of which are not my concerns now.
What bothers me is the way they treat any one calling on their telephone lines.
Any inquiry you will be given a new number every time asking you to call on the concerned line. And each time you call they give you a response telling you, that this is the wrong place and we are not concerned people and you need to call on a different number, then you try calling the concerned number which they will never pick, and the worst is the way they INSULT you when they pick up, as though you are convict for
having a doubt!!!!!!!!!
And never ever ever send any DD or any thing important that needs to be done at the university like your Provisional marks sheet, which will never be issued , the worst is they blame you for asking it though their service and they blame you for not actually going all the way up to Belgaum and asking for it. WHY THE HELL THEY HAVE THIS PROVISION OF SENDING HOME PROVISIONAL DEGREE MARK CARD THEN?!!!!!
WHEN YOU CAN'T RUN AN INSTITUTION DON'T OPEN ONE FOR GOD SAKE!!!!!!!
